Pros
3HM is an incredibly special place to work. I have been an employee here for a few years now and I have never seen anyone laid off, there is a real care for the people and their lives, and the partners are genuinely seeking work/life balance for their people, including implementing policies that support that. (We work from home always on Mondays and Fridays and not just during Covid). There are kids and dogs in the office regularly without it being stigmatized, and the flexibility is above and beyond anywhere I've worked. I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I've had to work atypical business hours. There are 10+ healthcare plans to choose from and they range in their coverage. But I had a mid-range-priced plan and had a baby and it only cost me $1K out of pocket, so that should tell you something. The healthcare costs can be free with the monthly stipend the company provides employees, depending on which plan you choose. There are 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave. There are 3 weeks vacation (not 2 as stated above), and even that is incredibly flexible. Finally, the partners care about doing good work and pick client opportunities accordingly - not just to make a buck. It's a great place to work and a great place to be a parent and have a career.
Cons
It is a small agency of 20ish people and some people are not overly cut out for a place that requires you to wear multiple hats and creatively problem solve.
