We are sorry hear your perspective on the hiring at 3G. As you identified, the organization completed a merger just as the pandemic was starting. This impacted our ability to effectively integrate the organization, which have caused some pain points. With that, the leadership identified key resources to support the alignment, acceleration, and improve the employee and customer experience as we grow. While we did hire HR, Marketing, and Finance executives, we also invested in over 15 recent new hires to support our customer operations and product development teams. In addition, while we do have 13 executives, that is because we believe in being inclusive and want to have leader representation in each department to be a part of the decision-making processes and strategic objective setting for 3G.
The company is actively growing with almost 150 employees, our product is accelerating, which makes it an exciting time to be apart of 3G. We have several programs lined up for 2022 that will address product knowledge, skill development, employee culture, customer experience, and much more.
