The worst institute to work. They can't afford to pay salaries even after 2 years. CEO is a useless fellow and doesn't know how to administer he is very inefficient and big liar and cheater and because of his character and harassment through local and employees of 3di many employees suffered financially and have quit and foregone their salaries more than 2 lakhs and never ever work for such a useless company.

Not even a single reason, real advice to the job seekers and freshers. Don't take this job orelse you will end up dying inside.

They don't pay a penny, even after 2-3 months of work. Worst management CEO is inefficient, I don't know how he became one. They don't pay salaries to any employees. They are cheating innocent people by recruiting.
