Pros
Great Exposure (B2B)! You are given the freedom to select the institutions you want to cover. Even as an intern, you are treated like a full-time employee. Company takes care of all the travelling expenses. Your job responsibility isn't limited to just selling. You are also responsible for supporting the marketing aspect of the company, and at times engage in rolling out a completely new program/ offerings.
Leadership is nice and understanding. Takes good care of you! Not to forget the extra helpful employees that treats you like a family.
Cons
Company's infrastructure (including the office) is not at par. Work culture is more casual than professional (though expected from a Start-up).
