Pros
- Industry-leading products contributing to cancer diagnosis.
- Colleagues are good to work with (at least in my team).
- OK salary.
- Lunch allowance and free fruit for every day.
- No hustle and no expected overtime, it's enough if you work properly during the day.
Cons
- There is no management at all, a paranoid, lunatic doctor is both the owner and the CEO (for 450 employees), and he micromanages everything, even the stuff he doesn't have a clue about.
- Total chaos, lack of transparency and horrible communication (consequences of the above).
- No detailed and standardized processes, no clear requirements that you could lean on, so product development is super inefficient.
- No cooperation, 2-3 teams develop exactly the same software modules parallelly.
- No home office, location is in the middle of nowhere in the outskirts of the city.
- As an employee you're not appreciated at all. Instead, you have to face constant humiliation and accusations about "stealing the code".
