Pros
The 3D team is very friendly and helpful, good people. Learned a lot and found my efforts were always appreciated. Office in general was very friendly and a nice place to work. Generally, there was always the time an artist needed to do good work, which is rewarding when it's finished - most jobs are more stressful regarding deadlines and found this aspect of management very effect.
Cons
Like in any 3D job you have to work very hard and there are often quite a few tiring updates and tweaks to get through. I would say there aren't any real cons as such - it is an open-plan office but I got used to it fairly quickly. The human body is very complex and there's always going to be challenges when updating so a huge model. However, there was no problem that didn't get solved, but patience is a virtue you will need.
