      Pros

      My team members are great. Lots of people have been there for their entire careers. Director and VP level employees are great at mentoring their teams.

      Cons

      In the 4 years I've been here they let 10% of the workforce go each year right before Christmas just to hit their numbers for the board instead of creating better products or selling more. Last year they gave those employees a 1 month severance, then turned around and bought our competitor and upped bonuses for leadership. Pay is a little bit low for a $500m PE backed tech company. No real company culture. Lots of nepotism promotions instead of promoting the high performers. Paternity leave is only two weeks.

      Pros

      I am a current Human Resources Intern for 365 Retail Markets, and my experience has been nothing but great so far. From day one, I noticed that culture is one of their main strengths. Everyone is collaborative, welcoming, and a helping hand when navigating a new workplace. My manager has been a great help through onboarding and more. They provide guidance and allow me to contribute to the department in a meaningful way. I always know I have support with the tasks I am assigned. Overall, this internship is already offering me great benefits such as learning opportunities, hands-on experiences, and building a strong network through meaningful relationships with colleagues across the organization.
