Pros
1. Small startup where you will learn and gain hands-on experience with open-source technologies. 2. Salaries are paid on time. 3. Good increments, but they come with high risk.
Cons
1. They are attempting to build 4 to 5 different products to fit into the market. If a product fails, the entire team is laid off with the excuse, "You are not performing well." 2. There is no proper hiring strategy; they hire and fire employees arbitrarily, regardless of their CTC. 3. If you don’t have any other offers, you can join but try to leave as soon as possible or consult with a former employee before making a decision.
