Pros
if you are non growth oriented, loves flattering, Disrespect other individual( abusive language). One who has no responsibilities of family can work with meager wage. I was in training and I was not raised in monetary sense for many years.
Cons
No growth, another call center. not able to provide long term employment. disrespect their employee. exploitative. Owners just filling their pockets by sweat of hard work from employee. Don't know one day tax department may raid there houses. Management has philosophy filled by their owners . Just degrade and abuse the employee to that level that employee couldn't rise to any level ( not in 31 parallel nor out of 31 parallel). Owners have given full freedom to managers. Often these managers misuse their authority and later employee move out of the company mostly in disappointment.
