I've been working as the marketing manager at 31Media. If you want to learn, grow and understand how a business works, 31 Media is a great company to be a part of. The CEO himself has years of experience in managing people and a business. Therefore, he provides the autonomy to run/manage projects. I've had the opportunity to work on some very exciting projects with Grant and there's honestly so much one can learn from him. We're a mix of b2b & b2c business - the chances to learn about the commercial side of a business are innumerable! The work culture at 31 Media attracts individuals who have a growth mindset and are constantly looking to improve themselves. So, if you are one of them and have an entrepreneurial mindset, you'd fit in perfect!
