      Pros

      People, people, people. Really enjoy the culture and the camaraderie. Helps the product is #1 in the market but saying that the customer focus is amazing. The business is growing with SSP acquisition but so far still has that great small company and easy to do business feel. Dream job at the moment :-)

      Cons

      Growing so quickly will always mean recruitment and training lags behind. Saying that have not seen one good idea not being approved.

      Lovely Team. Very kind and open-minded friendly work environment, and industry leading product making for easy brand recognition.
