Pros

-Potential to develop client relationships that could turn into something bigger for either the store or personal prospects -Generally receive a lot of opportunities to move up due to the rapid expansion of the company -Company is nationwide so transferring from state to state can happen with relative ease

Cons

-Super low pay -Company continues to open new stores at a rapid pace without first properly addressing the current issues at hand -They give bad employees far too many second chances inspite of evidence suggesting they should be fired based off of behavior -Problems at the store level may be pushed off to the side for months on end before corporate teams finally find solutions -High employee turnover due to lack of fair pay; other buy & sell institutions generally offer a substantially higher starting wage for the same roles; between that and a lack of incentive for above and beyond performance employees are regularly seeking better work.

Pros

job itself is fun and you get exposure to brands and trends. Coworkers can be a strong positive — several reviews describe a relaxed atmosphere and good friendships among staff. Flexible scheduling — often helpful for students or people balancing another job. Potential internal growth if the store is expanding. Dress code is usually casual and fashion-oriented rather than highly formal

Cons

Management consistency Pay and benefits are common weak points Promotions and growth can feel unclear or uneven. Scheduling/work-life balance concerns show up, especially for buyers or management roles. Some employees mention workplace cliques or store drama.
