Pros
Flexible 2 Days WFO, 3 Days WFH
Cons
1. Expecting some guidance from the seniors which had been here for some time, unfortunately you will be left in the wilderness and you gotta find your own way and learn the ropes your own, If you ask them too many questions they will complain and ask why are you incompetent, when you don't ask enough questions they ask why aren't you asking any questions. These seniors are very good at putting you in a dilemma. When mistakes are made due to lack of help they will shout, scream and say terrible things at you to make you look bad, they will do this while smirking. They thinks they are untouchable. 2. The initial 3 months probation are evaluated by the skills and knowledge you have about the job, instead you need to be smart and play politics correctly, knowing which boots to brush and lick will get you early confirmation. If not you will be sidelined even you proven that you have the technical knowledge and skills to thrive in this organisation. 3. The performance metrics are a joke, they literally copied the module from the internet, everyone gets the same rating during their review, they only changes some of the wordings but the contents of it is just the standard things, they always give you a minimum score regardless how well you do your job, they will try and find the smallest mistakes to pick on you. 4. The mentoring system is a joke, some of these mentors dont even have the knowledge nor they know how to be mentoring someone, everything asked was told to ask chatgpt on your own. they just a bunch of self glorified bunch of cheapskates, they do this mentorship is because of getting free lunches.
