5yThank you for sharing your thoughts about your time at 2ULaundry. I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good experience during your time here. It is true that working at a startup like 2U is not for everyone. Change is constant in our business and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that is constantly changing. Related to your comments on the culture/morale, we are working hard in this area by creating a cross-functional team to focus on employee satisfaction by implementing new initiatives, benefits offerings, and team building events and then following up with regular monthly surveys to track progress.
