- several insensitive comments to non-WASP employees about their race and culture
- continuously rolling back benefits and perks
- HR is run by owner's wife so very little accountability there
- frequently gave conflicting or incomplete feedback about job performance, concerns, and company needs
- tend to overhire and then go through layoffs rather than scaling slowly
