the employees and district managers are awesome and care

EVERYTHING!!!! Upper leadership will screw each and every one of you over. They preach that you can make money easy. WRONG. They will charge you back for inaccuracies in their internal system. It should ONLY matter what T-Mobile says we sold not what the internal system says. Plus they say you can work towards getting promoted, I've seen plenty of people try that and get screwed over. Thankfully i was smart and didn't do so. The pay is minimum wage. They disrespect you, have double standards for EVERYTHING, treat you like you are a kindergartener, talk down to you. The only way to make commission there with their new pay structure is to work off the clock to make sales as your hours worked go against you commissions. Worst part is upper leadership is totally okay with people working for free basically and they heavily encourage it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. FAR FAR away. You could be the best employee there and they will still screw you over.

Pros

Commission. Great place to learn the business. Lots of opportunities to advance. As long as YOU do your job it is an amazing place to be. Like everyone said, laid back atmosphere. But they are saying 2b wireless steals reps money but that simply is not the case. Those people did not pay attention to what they were doing and made a mistake that cost them real dollars. That's all. As long as YOU pay attention and treat customers with respect you will go far here.

Cons

I don't think people understand that the issues that have been posted are not from 2B Wireless. They are TMobile policies that cost reps their money. If you accept a broken phone from a customer TMobile will charge you for it. Not the customer which is kind of crazy to me because customers lie. but I understand. Just be vigilant and don't accept anything questionable and you will never lose money. But don't blame a company for the policies of it's parent company. That's not fair.
