      Pros

      Managing real estate across the Bay Area isn't always easy but the employees at 2B Living all work together with the common goal of doing things right! By working together the team is able to solve hard problems that often times lead to happy tenants as well as owners. Results that are virtually unheard of at other management companies.

      A lot of people work in the field so it is difficulty to get everyone together in one place

      Pros

      ’ve been with 2B Living for about 9 months now, and I can honestly see myself being here long term. The work life balance is great, and I don’t feel like I’m expected to be a robot or never have a bad day. Upper management is supportive, and the team is genuinely friendly and helpful. It creates a really positive work environment. I actually enjoy coming into work, which says a lot.

      Cons

      None so far, but like any company, there’s always room to continue improving processes as the company grows.
