Decent pay for certain roles. I was lucky enough to be in one of those roles.

No culture whatsoever. They have no interest in creating one at all. Management only care about making money and they don't care how they go about it. The company does not listen to their employees issues or interests. Management are lazy, they get to work late on a daily basis and leave first. No career progression at all.

Lovely people to work with, feels like a little community
