Nice small company - Web Developer 216digital Employee Review

I worked for this employer for 3-1/2 years. When I first started, the job was enjoyable and felt like a good opportunity.

As time went on and I proved myself capable, the workload and pressure increased significantly without additional support or recognition. I played a key role in identifying and developing potential leads, but the credit for that work consistently went to the sales team. Despite regularly working over 40 hours a week, I was not paid overtime. I also felt unable to take time off or vacations because there was no one else trained to do my job, which led to burnout. Toward the end of my employment, the work environment became increasingly uncomfortable. I was blamed for issues that were not my responsibility, and during a disagreement the CEO used an inappropriate and disrespectful insult toward me. At that point, I no longer felt safe or respected in the workplace. While the position started off positively, the lack of appreciation, poor work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior ultimately made it an unhealthy environment for me.
