Pros
Wonderful, supportive coworkers who are more like friends, a fun and creative environment with plenty of perks (flexible working, dogs, retreats, wine, etc. ). The leaders seem like they truly care too.
Cons
The whole family of companies is still growing, and sometimes you can really tell. Despite claims to the opposite, there is a lack of transparency at the top that's troubling, and the leaders don't always handle HR/people issues in a particularly sensitive way. The company is also really small, so there's not a lot of room for growth, but there's a fair amount stress due to workload and a feeling of constant flux.
