Pros
Good place to work, solid benefits. The future outlook seems really positive, so I'm excited to see how the company grows over the next few years.
Benefits are solid, good insurance and a 401k contribution. It's nice that the office is closed Christmas to New Years, which adds extra PTO.
It's definitely a benefit that the company is built on sustainable growth. Coming from startup environments in the past, it's much better here. Though this also means you don't get sudden influxes of cash, so it can take a bit to scale as the company grows.
Cons
It can take a while to get fully up to speed. The software integrates into a lot of different point-of-sale systems and has many different features, which is great, but also means that it takes a while to get a grasp on how best to sell/support it.
If you're involved in sales/support, you're also dealing with auto shop owners/managers, so need to have good people skills and be understanding of their needs and concerns.
The company is continuing to grow and there can be some minor growing pains as we continue to add people and now build out national teams. Nothing major and it's a good problem to have though.
