Pros
Small company with very few employees. For a small town, the pay is good. The benefits are not the best, but better than nothing.
Cons
It is difficult to file a grievance due to the size of the company and the unprofessionalism of the company. This company does not have performance reviews so wage increases are up to you to ask for. There are no meetings and everything is by "word of mouth" so no one ever really knows who is suppose to be responsible for certain job activities.
