Pros
Work from home set-up. Free lunch
Cons
The company loves to talk about “growth” and “scaling,” but living through it is a mess. Leadership acts like everything is under control, but it never feels that way. They say they’re open to new ideas, yet most suggestions get brushed off unless they come from the same inner circle. Flexible working is something they brag about, but in reality it’s inconsistent and feels more like a privilege for a few than a standard for everyone. The culture looks great on paper, but day‑to‑day it’s cliquey and uneven. Some people get all the visibility while others are basically ignored. And sure, there are smart, friendly people here, but it’s hard to enjoy working with them when the environment around you is so draining. I wouldn’t go back.
