Thanks for this review, we value all feedback whether negative or positive. As a startup there a lot of ups and downs--and I can see how this might create a feeling of a rollercoaster. Nonetheless, we care a lot about our product and customer experience. As any other startup, we've also iterated a lot on the initial codebase which caused some tech debt. We are solving tough technical and go-to-market challenges across the board, but as a team we embrace the challenge and always strive for excellence.
