Pros
The benefits of a flat organisational structure and dynamic working environment are that talent is spotted early and developed. There is little to no bureaucracy. Anyone frustrated by slow decision-making will be relieved to hear the CEO, who is the strategic apex, makes timely decisions, driving projects forward like an inertia wrecking ball. If you're at an early stage in your career you should be wary of employers offering "career progression" in job descriptions. The vast majority of the time it will be nonsense. You should instead look for peer reviews like mine. They are independent news feeds offering real-world insight into an organisation. If you're competent and hard-working you WILL progress at 1X2. I've seen that with my own eyes. I believe the outlook for 1X2 is highly favorable. Those new to gaming should be aware of regulatory changes in the US resulting in new markets opening up State-by-State. That is hugely exciting.

It's the fast lane so you have to keep up (not a con IMHO).
