Pros
The workers (TSS, ISD I) that do the work are amazing, talented, professionals.
Cons
New management was brought in at the end of 2018. Their job was to clean house and boy did they! Not only were talented, professional, qualified employees who strived to exceed expectations and deadlines released from contract duties, so were the contracts. The "new and improved" management lost multiple contracts and the workforce went from nearly 100 employees to 7 employees in 9 months. Vague, shady, false communication is given to employees. Employees are used as targets to blame incompetent management practices on. If you are not part of the "Mean Girls" club of mid-level leadership that promotes hostile working conditions or a member of the upper-level management club that was formed from previous working relationships, you are at risk of devoting your complete time and attention to quality work, only to be terminated. The only reasoning given will be that's contract work, get over it. Do not expect any type of communication from leadership, upper level leadership is too busy taking personal calls and emails. The only reply you will receive is "um, um, okay". Be expected to have multiple jobs left unfilled to pad the contract pay for the company. The unfilled jobs will result in higher revenue for the company with a higher workload for the workers.
