He's a one-trick pony. Traction--without that book there is no James Hwang methodology. Doesn't care a wink about employees. Brags about being rich. Ruthless liar. Run from this place as fast as you possibly can. Don't even interview. He and his team of goons want followers, not contributing team members. You will be underpaid, unappreciated and are strictly a line item on a spreadsheet. This place is actual career hell.
