- i'd say cons are not out of the ordinary for any scaling, high growth technology company. high bar for performance and fast to manage out/coach if someone is not meeting the bar
- some churn at the leadership level earlier in the year and in 2024 (C-suite, VP) but seems to have stabilized now with a great team
- fast moving pace where sometimes we need to pivot or pause the projects we're working on. would not recommend for someone who likes routine/slow and steady, since we definitely move fast
