- Senior leadership has not figured out how to integrate our two most recent acquisitions into the company in any way; we continue to have separate processes, pricing, systems, etc.
- Customer feedback on our current product offerings and features have been ignored for the last six+ months resulting in increased churn and contraction
- Sales and revenue growth has slowed dramatically in the last six months and now the company is in "performance management mode" (i.e., layoffs)
- Employees are not given opportunities or promoted based on merit but rather on who has cozied up to the VP level leaders
- Product-market fit up-segment remains a serious concern as evidenced by the abundant turnover in our commercial and enterprise segments
