      Pros

      It's my second home. The CEO as promised during the interview has kept the organization as family in spite or the addition of the number of people. A secure job. A captive center that is very conservative in all approaches.

      Cons

      Nothing much. As there are less number of people around and spread across the city, causes limitation for the transport department to provide a convenient, less time consuming route to and fro to work.

      Pros

      Laid back, slow pace. Company believes in leaving the work at work so when you are off work, you are really off work. This is a pro and con to me...

      Cons

      The environment was too laid back. the upper management was not available to review projects.

      Pros

      Great location, good people to work with, stable, good 9-5 type of place to work at. You're taken care of here.

      Cons

      Small company, can be hard to move around. Can also be hard to move up the ladder. Very easy to settle into a groove here.
