Pros
Manage your own workday once you are released from their 'morning pump up sessions'. Motivating managers. Quick training - was 1 week, but good training. Door to door sales is simple to understand.
Cons
You will be a door to door salesman. You're interrupting other people while they are at work. Must be extremely resilient and not care if you hear no 100 times a day (this resiliency trait is required for almost all sales jobs). VERY LOW PAY and long hours. Commission structure is not transparent. Was expected to arrive at 8am and go home around 6pm for what j quickly realized was less than $40k/year. Is a pyramid scheme- upper management makes a cut of your sales, and they want you to build your "team" so you can make a cut of their sales, and on and on. Will hire almost anyone - they make themselves seem selective and soon they are asking if you have any friends who would want to work here too... Make you spend hours a day in situations where you are not making commissions (your only form of pay). Extremely high turnover because they over promise during the hiring process. I was hired at their Rockville location and found out a week later they expected me to commute to falls church daily after showing up at the Rockville office (almost a 2hr commute). Then back to Rockville... RIDICULOUS.
