Working here feels like being a test subject for the boss’s mood swings. There’s no real leadership or constructive feedback—only gossip, favoritism, and unpredictable behavior. You’ll spend more time guessing what the boss wants than actually doing meaningful work. Financially, it’s unfair. The boss takes the lion’s share of the money the team generates while showing off luxury purchases instead of investing in people or growth. Respect, communication, and emotional stability are nonexistent. Expect zero structure. You won’t receive clear briefs or direction—just vague words and sudden criticism when the result doesn’t match the boss’s unspoken expectations. Nearly all creative output is generated by AI, leaving no room for originality or genuine talent. It’s like working in a digital copy factory. To make matters worse, the majority of staff are the boss’s family members, ensuring everything revolves around protecting his position rather than improving the team or company. In short, this is not a place to grow, learn, or be valued.
