      Really energetic environment with great people. Benefit package was elite and the perks of working in college sports was a thrill!

      Work life balance can get out of balance at times due to working in college athletics.

      Had the best supervisors who genuinely cared and the benefits they offered were amazing

      Lower salary but commission type base structure (got bonuses a few times a year based on sales goals)

      Something that has stuck with me past leaving is how kind and welcoming everyone was, across every department. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the organization, you are more than just an employee there

      Working beyond 40 hours, but that is expected in sports so it’s not that big of a deal
