Great pay and interesting work. Great way to gain GIS and R experience.
Cons
Badly managed. Heads of departments were leaving left and right. That was part of the reason why I was let go as well, due to my head leaving and their replacement deciding to not renew many contracts. My contacts that still were working there up until this year have told they've been firing people left and right. Didn't really get to see the fruits of my labor with the municipalities I was helping. When I was there, a lot of my coworkers were Project Coordinators and all of them were burnt out and overworked. When first hired on there was minimal onboarding process, very sink or swim mentality.
