      Pros

      Minimal. Was fun to be a "hot" company but frankly it wasn't really.

      Cons

      The founder is serious problem and will likely be pushed out by the next round of funding. Huge customer churn issue. Most of the logos on their site / decks are not happy customers and some have already given notice to churn. AEs are grossly underpaid (2-3% commission on deals closed) Founder knows they have a ticking time bomb related to customer churn and how they report their ARR so he is eternally stressed and takes it out on his reports. Loves to be soft and sweet in person and then super aggressive and demanding via slack. Frequently will play dumb and pretend that things said in live conversations never happened. Everyone on the team is already planning / hoping for a coup.

      Pros

      The TEAM! If you are looking to surround yourself with people who are more intelligent than you are, look no further. Everyone here is not only quick to adapt to their fast-paced work, but they will never refuse to lend a hand where needed. They also share a lot of different perspectives to help you build and hone your knowledge and skills. It’s also incredible how much they leverage automations and AI internally which provides you with more time for creative liberty to manage your portfolio more strategically and efficiently. All the team members (including the CEO) are also zero-ego. They truly advocate for a collaborative environment and don’t believe in titles or hierarchy. It’s great knowing that leadership actually gives a damn about your opinions and feedback as an individual contributor. Benefits + compensation are also a plus!

      Cons

      This company moves fast and if you can’t keep up you’ll be left drowning. Quintessential startup environment for sure, but in some ways this can also be a “pro”. Forces you to learn and adapt quickly.

      Pros

      Great company culture, great pay, being heard by our CEO, and a GTM software that stands out amongst the rest.

      Cons

      Typical startup symptoms, but the support and team culture is 100% there
