Too many egos - Manager 1 Hotels Employee Review

Very disorganized, the HR department is not involved and they lack basic knowledge of dealing with any and all situations. Middle management is much too focused on their own career advancement and allows no room for growth. Staff are always a second or third thought, they are very focused on producing results at all costs, causing a high turn over rate both in management and in staff.
