Pros

You can really feel the startup culture here. High impact, meaningful work from day one. You’ll be shipping changes as early as your first week and taking on a wide range of responsibilities. Everyone are great at what they do. If you enjoy building something meaningful and thrive in a dynamic, startup environment, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re looking for a more predictable, routine role, a corporate role may be a better fit.

Cons

Fast pace can be intense and sometimes overwhelming. Every day brings new challenges, in a good way.

Pros

like any startup, &you moves fast and is constantly evolving, which naturally comes with moments of miscommunication and growing pains, but what truly makes this a great place to work is the people and the leadership. from day one, there’s a strong sense of shared ownership and teamwork; colleagues show up for one another, leaders are approachable and values-driven, and wins (& challenges) are treated as collective experiences rather than individual ones. while processes are still being refined and there’s always room to improve how we communicate and operate, there’s a genuine willingness across teams to listen, learn, and do better. people stay engaged not because everything is perfect, but because we believe deeply in the mission, trust each other, and operate with the mindset that one person’s success is everyone’s success.

Cons

i think like most startups, things can move fast and processes are still taking shape, which sometimes leads to shifting priorities or communication gaps. roles can be broad and not everything is always clearly defined. that said, there’s a shared understanding that we’re learning as we go, and people are generally open to feedback and working together to improve.
