Pros are Great pay, friendly, inviting

Cons are lack of organization.

I’ve been with the company for slightly over one year and I can honestly say that I’m thrilled with my decision to join. I’ve found CPO to be a great place to work - financially stable with significant growth opportunity. 2018 was a record-breaking year for CPO and 2019 is shaping up to be even better. The e-commerce industry is a fast-growing one - and that bodes well for CPO and its future. We have a terrific senior leadership team - one that actually cares about its employees. With CPO, you have the benefit of being part of a smaller, fast-growing company with the support and backing of a much larger company. I am very happy with my decision to join CPO.

The company is in high growth mode and that can present challenges at times - but I’ve found that challenges often lead to opportunities. We do need a bit more structure (processes, procedures, etc.). We could utilize some additional resources in some of our key departments, given growth and workload.
