      Pros

      The people and team are truly amazing. Everyone is willing to help, work together, and cares for one another. The co-founders have really created the perfect blend of executive leadership where their strengths and weaknesses compliment each other so well. In my past, I have worked for a couple companies that were much larger than Emplify and they both had a great culture where most employees were very happy with their job. The difference here is astounding , Emplify practices what they preach and have found the formula for "TRUE" employee engagement. Not too mention what we actually do for our clients. Offering a product and solution that impacts the entire organization from top leadership down, in a positive way. We are impacting 100's of thousands of employees each year, and if that is something you can't get behind, then I feel sorry for you, and you certainly won't like it here :).

      Cons

      Not a lot here, but typical growing pains. Emplify is rapidly growing, so you need to be flexible and willing to lend a helping hand even if it isn't in "your job description". I've had better actual benefits (health benefits speaking) with previous companies, but again they were 15 times larger. The benefits are on par for companies this size, and will continue to get better as grow.

      Well-Oiled Machine

      Pros

      This company knows how to execute. They make a decision and then they make it happen. The organization puts a big emphasis on cross-departmental synergy and it shows constantly in the office. The space is amazing and full of hard-working, smart people. The culture is owned by all employees and its a great place to work.

      Cons

      Although there are attempts to be transparent from the top-down, the trickle of information was not always consistent and left employees not knowing the direction or strategy of the organization. I believe this was identified and management is now being more proactive in their communication.

      The Co-Founders are amazing leaders to work for, a company vision that is easy to get behind, and the team is full of genuinely some of the best people I know. I worked at Emplify for years and was honestly thankful every single day.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains and adjusting to market/leadership conditions. Need to be able to embrace change.
