Poor management, cover up of inexperienced management, pretending the culture is great, no recognition for extraordinary work, promotion of people who have no experience in their position let alone a next level position. Pitiful annual raise percentages that are presented by management beforehand that it doesn't matter how hard or well you work you will only be graded as meets expectations and receive a meets expectations level increase. Lack of international business knowledge and experience is a huge issue.

This company cares only about the bottom line. anything else they claim is a far second. they put people in positions of leadership and set them up to fail by not communicating their expectations and by not giving them the authority to do their job. they work people into the ground with high work load, flip flopping on company directives, not back filling, not committing to employees or valuing them.
