NOTHING! I was there from 2016 to 2024. I was let got with zero notice. The reason? "We are going in a different direction."

Pros
Small company so everyone is tight with each other. This can also be a bad thing possibly, but luckily everyone was great to work with. Did a lot of fun stuff. I'd much rather work here than be the IT guy for one company and just watch the same stuff hum away. That would be super boring.
Cons
If you can't learn quick you will be in trouble. You can't coast along here like you might in some large company were there are 100 people doing you same job.

Pros
You will never run out of things to learn and each day presents a new challenge. I liked that there was a strong emphasis on customer service because it always grounded me on what my purpose was when I would get caught up in the day to stuff that comes up. A lot of responsibility is given pretty quickly, so if you aren't up for that this may be a con, but I liked it. It never seemed over my head, but did challenge me.
Cons
Like a lot of IT work the hours can get crazy at times. Traffic around Tysons can be a mess. Parking can be a pain around lunch time, if you're coming back to the office around that time.
