Pros
The team and leadership at ELement2 allows me to work at my full potential. They really do "break the norms" and misconceptions about working in recruiting. The fact I have limitless potential and I have a voice that I'm able to speak up see see change has been such a breath of fresh air--I actually feel like I'm contributing to something bigger than myself. I highly recommend you explore working for this company. Great change in my life!
Cons
Recruiting isn't for everyone, if you are coachable and can have some self accountability then you will do fine in this industry.

Was eligible for commissions my 1st day of working here, the team is extremely up beat and high energy, which creates a positive working environment.
