      Great colleagues, enjoyable working environment

      Cons

      Unhappy staff; Messy changes, poor decision making in choosing a right place for shared service. Not efficient not effective. Not suitable for people who has vision or who want to make changes; do nothing for low performance people.

      Cons

      Management simply not care about employees. No matter how dedicated you were in the job and how much you contributed in growing the business, you can be dismissed solely because of personal preference. Would suggest people to think thoroughly before joining the company. Poor management in some area.

      good technology and product , management adopts an easy going style, good customer reputation and relationship, finiancially strong and able to pay salary and benefits on time. In a growing overall market with minimum competittion. Cancer is to stay

      too political, loose sight of focus and customer value. middle management is not strong, too many just keep on doing the process, whether it leads to value and result, not care, at times, like a spoiled kid from a rich father.
