Solid Company, Shaky Organization Within the Company
Pros
Good people, good overall culture, some nice perks including benefits, company parties and holidays off, great team environment, great resources in the company, well-recognized by other companies, good clients, hard working employees. I know it is a great company overall but wish that they would have been more open to allowing growth and development where it is deserved rather than overworking and underpaying them.
Cons
This may not be true across all departments, however, the management in my department was terribly unorganized. We were extremely understaffed and they weren't willing to hire more people, they weren't willing to teach us to learn new things and grow within the company & there were no company training programs in place. I think that at one point this wasn't the case because the older generation has been there a very long time but it does make it really difficult for the younger crew to move anywhere within the company.
