Pros

Possibilities to develop and travel

Cons

No training Arrogant company leader who acts like a little child but expects very high commitment from all employees. Either you give 150% or you are out. He also said out that he likes to hire young people, put maximum pressure on them and those who burn out will leave or get fired and others are those that have perspective in the industry. Unclear communication.

Pros

- remote job - career growth opportunities - tasks variety - paid training - work-life balance - benefits(health insurance, 401K match, life and disability insurances, etc.) Overall I am glad to work in this company, it has good work environment and I do not see any big disadvantages. I rate the company 5 stars overall because it is taking steps to improve the situation for employees. However, there are still areas that need enhancement.

Cons

- Project management issues: Sometimes it is hard to find out what the tasks are, and they can be quite unclear. Deadlines can be unexpected. - It would be nice to have a clear pathway for those seeking career and income growth opportunities. - Some personal matters can take a long time to be approved.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER work here!!

Pros

You get paid... but not for the overtime or weekends that you WILL work...

Cons

I accepted my offer here to learn about the construction industry, instead I learned how important it is to check the glassdoor reviews for red flags. While their business model has merit, the owner runs his office like a micromanaged dictatorship. Employees of all levels are frequently and publicly belittled, sweared at, and yelled at. Workers are discouraged from talking in the workplace, office communications happen over instant messaging. Most of the employees are nice individuals but the owner has no desire in establishing a management structure meaning it is difficult to be productive or even learn anything for you own career building. Staff are provided no form of training, the chance of learning new skills here is next to impossible. I have never experienced that much racism, sexism, misogyny, and bullying in the workplace all of my career, especially by somebody who calls themselves a leader. You are often asked to work weekends and extended hours with no form of compensation. Working here is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Please don't make my mistake, read the other glassdoor reviews, they are all true. This company has an alarming turnover rate and is having to let go of what staff it still has to stay afloat.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Willing to invest in skills and training. Management that trusts people to get their work done without micromanaging. Supportive HR team that is flexible and encourages a good work-life balance.

Cons

Not many. One thing to note is that there can be times where skilled team members are underutilized, depending on project needs and requirements. However, this may be due to the nature of the industry rather than a company specific consideration.
