Excellent work-life balance for a consulting firm. Welcoming and international culture.

Cons

There is a general feeling that the company grew too fast in the last couple of years, loosing part of the original culture and career progression opportunities.

Fun people and events, good pay

Cons

Quite inflexible in switching projects, which hurts employees’ development. Sells the consultant lifestyle with travelling etc, but this is highly project-dependent. Many projects are more BAU than actual consulting.
