Pros
The boss is a good designer and architect. You can learn from him. You will learn a lot with regards to design but the drafting methods are old. Checking of work is like a student-professor set up.
Cons
The boss may be a good architect but not a good boss. Lacks empathy and compassion towards the employees. Short-tempered. High turnover rate. Workload is heavy, if you can thrive in a "hard-love" environment then this office is for you. This office lacks innovation and development. Methods are stuck in the 2000s. Not ideal for fresh graduates with no experience since the boss expects you to know everything, and if you don't you get scolded.
