Pros

Strong leadership, investment in employees, genuine desire to improve learning outcomes for young people. Strong commitment to project based learning and student-driven inquiry.

Cons

Still a young organization and thus, experiencing some of the growing experiences of a young org such as internal tools, defined processes, and efficiency.

Pros

It's exciting to be a part of the passion and commitment employees have in building relationships for youth.

Cons

Still a young company, so normal startup barriers. Nothing that's not easily overcome with time and development.

Pros

Love the team I get to work with - really smart and warm people. The work is innovative and keeps me excited. The mission is a good match for what I care about - preparing young people for their future. CEO and Board leadership is terrific.

Cons

As a small non-profit it seems that we always have much to do and not quite enough people to do the work. We are working on building a consultant base but this is always contingent on getting the right work to match the right consultant.
