Owners are supportive and give you the best if performance is given.
Cons
Branch manager is very egoistic and unprofessional. Working here will make you feel slave. Raising any professional issue will always be ignored. The branch manager keeps grudges if any employee takes the issue to owners. Branch managers are helpful and good to you only if you keep on slaving. They will frame you and kick you out whenever they want. Abusive language and words used when you are no more needed. Major trust issue with employees. No employee development. Admin here is really fake personality and keep on stealing the company assets. Over all work environment is slavery. Very bad place to work.
