Management in this company lacks invention as majority of employees are immigrants from the Caribbean, who are extremely biased to Jews, and Hispanics. Calibers from the Caribbean are excellent process followers but they are not change makers or charismatic leaders. The business is profitable due to the US’ chronic market recession and consequently the upper management views itself as intelligent which is indeed a norm of self-deception. They underpay employees albeit the too many required responsibilities. This company shall not assign customer service representatives to perform security checks, collection agents’ core calls, maintaince activities. This company needs to hire security guards, initiate a designated call center to perform credit and collections reviews , and assign more maintaince people to clean the facilities. Education, social ethics, and humanitarian values are all elements, in which 75% of the employees lack in this company, due to the ideological influence of the Darwinian carribean-tribalism.
